FAQ

The track is open to the public during Race Events and Open Ride Days, unless you are signed in by a BET Club Member. For TT Series events, the gate typically opens at 2:00 p.m.

For BET Club Members, the track is generally open during daylight hours 7 days a week, 365 days per year except during track maintenance and work parties. Any closure dates/times will be posted on this site. This is a great reason to become a BET Club Member and take advantage of the entire property. NOTE: BET Club Membership is not the same as a BET series membership, which is required to race events at Belleville Enduro Team. See “How do I become a BET Club Member” in our FAQ section to find out how to apply for BET Club Membership.

To reserve your race number for the year, become a BET Series Yearly Member for $20.00. Numbers are available on a first come, first served basis and are valid until the end of the calendar year.

To become a Yearly Member, select “Home” and choose the “BECOME A MEMBER” link on the left of the homepage.

If you already have a current LiveLaps account: Select the “I HAVE A LIVELAPS ACCOUNT” and sign in. On the LiveLaps dashboard, select “Membership Registration” and search for Belleville Enduro Team and choose “Select this organization.” Select your name and choose “Next.” Choose “Yearly Members” and ignore the “Club Name” section in the middle. Choose the desired class and available race number with the “Select Class and Race #” at the bottom of the screen. When selecting a class, you will have the option to add another class.

If you do not have a current LiveLaps account: Follow the steps to create a LiveLaps account then LOG IN using your newly created LiveLaps account information. After logging in, on the LiveLaps dashboard, select “Membership Registration” and search for Belleville Enduro Team and choose “Select this organization.” Select your name and choose “Next.” Choose “Yearly Members” and ignore the “Club Name” section in the middle. Choose the desired class and available race number with the “Select Class and Race #” at the bottom of the screen. When selecting a class, you will have the option to add another class.

Pre Registration - For existing members only (Make sure to keep your number for the following year before we open up registration to non Yearly Members).

2025-03-06 to 2025-12-31

Your membership is only valid until 2025-12-31

(It is not valid for 12 consecutive months, it is only valid until 2025-12-31)

Become a BET Club Member!!

We are now accepting applications! If interested, you may apply at one of our club meetings that occur the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 8:00pm at the club. Annual dues plus working 80% of our race events will unlock the grounds for you to be able to use year round! Visit us on Facebook or ask on race days for details.

The steps below outline how to register Online for BET Series Race if the racer is a MINOR and neither the Parent nor the Minor racer have an existing Live Laps Account or a BET Series Membership. Since you are creating an account for a minor, you will have to create a parent account.

If a parent already has an account, log in to your LiveLaps account and create the minor using the "Family & Team Members” section. After a minor account is created, go to step 1 of “Creating a BET Series Membership” listed below.

Create a LiveLaps Account for Parent:

1. Go to Belleville enduro team website and choose “Become a member” from the left of the site.
2. You will now create a LiveLaps account for the PARENT. Enter the PARENT’s First and Last name, date of birth and gender. To enter date of birth, you must click in the Date of Birth field and a dropdown will appear to scroll to select Year, and a calendar will appear to click on Month and then Day. Click “Next.”
3. Enter an email address (be sure to retype the email address in the “Email Confirmation” section) and password (Also retyping the desired password in the “Password Confirmation” section. Click “Next”
4. Provide your mailing address and phone number (Note, if there are any issues/errors with entering address, you can still continue and edit this later to make corrections). Click “Next”
5. Provide Emergency Contact information (This will allow BET to quickly find contact information in the event of an emergency). You do not need to provide phone number and cell number to continue, but having all methods of communication will improve the chances of reaching an emergency contact.
6. You will now be able to create the minor account (You also have the option to do later). Choose “Create Minor.”
7. Enter the Minor participant’s First and Last name, Date of Birth (reminder to click in the date of birth section for the Year scroll to appear), and gender. Click Next.
8. Enter the address of the minor participant. You can enter the parent phone number. Click “Next”.
9. Provide emergency contact (You will have the option to select the parent account and pre-fill the information).
10. Select the relationship of the minor to the Parent account. Example: son, daughter, sister, e.g.). Click “Next”
11. If needed, you can create additional minor accounts to be managed under this Parent account. Simply click “Create Minor” and repeat steps 6-10, otherwise, click “Next.”
12. Review the information and if correct, click “Create Account.”
13. The LiveLaps account for the parent and minor have been completed. LOG IN WITH THE NEW ACCOUNT HERE by entering the email address and password for the PARENT account and choosing “SIGN IN”
14. You will now be presented with your LiveLaps dashboard. Before you can register for one of our upcoming race events, you will need to create a BET Series membership.

Creating a BET Series Membership:

1. From the main dashboard, select “MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION” under the Registration section.
2. If Belleville Enduro Team is not already visible, you can type in Belleville in the Search box and Belleville Enduro Team should appear. Choose “Select this organization.”
3. Select the minor participant that you would like to register for the race event once the membership is created. You must repeat this step for each racer you are registering for the event.
4. Choose the type of membership.
   1. Selecting the Yearly Membership type will allow a racer to reserve their race number for the entire year (provided it has not already been selected by another Yearly Member). The cost for Yearly Membership is $20.00. This is valid until the remainder of the calendar year, NOT 12 consecutive months.
   2. Selecting Weekend Membership is NO COST, however a racer must choose from numbers that are available. You must also select which event the Weekend Membership is to be used for. If you are registering for multiple events, you must repeat this process for each event (Yearly Members do not, which is another benefit to becoming a Yearly Member).
5. Skip the “Club Name for Racer – Optional” section and scroll down to Class Selection.
6. Click “Select Class and Race #” and then Choose the appropriate Racing Type (TT Series or Hare Scramble Series), select the Class (These selections will be limited based on the age of the racer at the beginning of the calendar year) and Race Number. Weekend Membership requires Racers to select numbers from 1000-9999.
7. You may add another class after a race number is selected by choosing “Add Another Class,” otherwise, click “Save and Close” and then “Continue.”
8. Verify your selection and choose “Proceed to Payment” (Even if choosing the Weekend Membership, which is $0.00). You are now able to register to race in a specific Event.

Registering for an event:

1. From the prior screen, choose “Register for an event.” As Online Registration opens for a BET event, they will appear in the list. Simple search or scroll to the desired event and choose “REGISTER TO THIS EVENT.” Note, if you chose a Weekend Membership, you will choose the same event you selected when creating the Weekend Membership.

1. Select the racer by clicking the box beside their name and click “Sign Their Waiver.” Read and sign, also checking all boxes then choose “I Accept” at the bottom of the page.
2. The racer should still be selected so choose “NEXT.” Note: If you see “Membership Required” in RED beside the racer’s name, then you must go back to the previous section of “Create a BET Series Membership” and be sure you either have purchased a “Yearly Membership” or if you chose “Weekend Membership,” you likely selected a different event than the one you are currently registering for. You can go back and register for a “Weekend Membership” from the Dashboard.

1. Select the Class (or Classes) you wish to race in at this event. The available classes are based on the classes you selected when creating the BET Membership. Enter the AMA number of the racer (Our races are sponsored by the AMA, so AMA Membership is also required). If an AMA membership is needed, you can go to the AMA website using the following link to purchase a membership - https://fs4.formsite.com/AMARacing/4jkjxulc77/fill?id84=BEENTE . We also offer an AMA Day Pass at the track. Simply Enter a 10 digit placeholder number in this field and come to Registration in person at the track on the day of the race. Select your brand from the drop down and click “Continue Registration.”
2. Verify the classes and to complete signup select “Proceed to Payment.”
3. Once registration has completed, on Race Day simply come to Signup to sign the Minor AMA waiver (Unless you have the AMA Annual Release, which is HIGHLY recommended) and purchase a LiveLaps RFID tag/transponder for your helmet (if you don't already have an RFID tag). RFID tag transponders are $20.00 per tag. You can continue to use your RFID tag for the entire life of the tag for all LiveLaps associate events. RFID tags can only be registered to one participant. If you lose your tag or need a replacement, there will be a $20.00 per tag charge for a new one. If you have your RFID tag already, you will only need to come scan your helmet to confirm your LiveLaps profile matches your current RFID tag/transponder.

If you have purchased a transponder from the prior years at Belleville Enduro Team, we will exchange those for the new LiveLaps RFID tags/transponders AT NO COST!

To register online for a BET Race event when you do not have a current LiveLaps account or a BET Membership, follow the steps below:

Create a LiveLaps Account:

1. Go to Belleville enduro team website and choose “Become a member” from the left of the site.
2. You will now create a LiveLaps account. Enter First and Last name, date of birth and gender. To enter date of birth, you must click in the Date of Birth field and a dropdown will appear to scroll to select Year, and a calendar will appear to click on Month and then Day. Click “Next.”

Belleville Enduro Team is located at the corner of Centreville Avenue and Mine Haul Road in Belleville, Illinois.

Even with the most advanced GPS technology, we get this question more often than you would think!

Although the official track address is 3000 Centreville Road, Belleville Illinois, the entrance to the track is much easier to find from a GPS perspective from 5546 Mine Haul Road, Belleville Illinois.

This is a known situation with family AMA memberships.

The AMA now assigns a unique AMA number to each individual family member, including minors. Parents should contact AMA directly to request individual numbers for each child under their family membership.

Once they have their child’s AMA number, it’s very important that each user profile in LiveLaps matches the AMA record exactly, including:

• First and last name
• Date of birth

Any mismatch here will cause the AMA validation to fail during sign-up.
